Good sites and disadvantages in running firm in Poland – innovations, workers, locations
In central Europe we have got lots of countries, which could be used as a great location to run a big corporation. Of’ course there always must be some do’s and don’ts in this case, however many of them have got a large number of good things to offer.
Investing in Poland can be very interesting and beneficial move for big companies – more information. Today there is giant warehouse space in Poland and what’s important companies can find many well-educated workers. However blue-colar workers are easy to find to. Temporary work agencies are very active at the work market in Poland, they may find many loyal employees. The high-rate of unemployment is still a large problem in Poland, so it is not a hard thing to employ a gifted and well-educated emplyee for 2000 PLN net (in a small cities) and 3000 PLN net (in big ones). Taxes are very profitable, specially, for foreign organisations. Warehouse space in Poland is quite large, companies could rent warehouses or built a new ones in town suburbs, in places like Warsaw or Łódź that spaces could be just renovated (many times they are located in the city centres), however there are places such as Cracow, where firms must be aware of waterlogged areas, which may not be destined to be a space for warehouses.

On the other hand there is much place for new ideas and running a new forms of business and star-ups. Polish workers, if they have got appropriate managers and fair earnings work well, if not, the firms have to be aware of their possibilities in avoiding responsibilities. In the Republic of Poland we have got constatly problem with payoffs and nepotism, of’ course not that large like in Ukraine or Russia, but it is noticeable. All in all good and clear procedures with right management can minimized this issue and investing in Poland may be a pleasure.
